Important information about the 416 forest Fire

"When life throws your lemons, make lemonade". Unfortunately, we can't control mother nature and due to the wildfire burning north of Durango (the 416 Fire), the Durango Blues Train had a modified event plan - we hosted a "rail yard party" in lieu of the planned route on the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. All of the scheduled artists played on board as usual, however, the train remained stationary in the yard. Additionally, refunds will be offered to all ticket purchasers - details will be sent to the purchasers email address in the next few business days.

Durango Blues Train Info

Nestled in the historic mining town of Durango, Colorado in the Animas River Valley

Travel aboard the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad’s coal-fired, steam-powered train through the spectacular and breathtaking canyons of the San Juan National Forest. The event features six live blues performances on board. Each artist performs in their own vintage coach, while passengers are to free to dance their way from coach to coach and delight in a variety of musical performances.
