It is with deep disappointment and great sadness to share the news that we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel this summer’s Durango Blues Trains. Our humble event has grown over the span of a decade every year since 2011 and while we anticipated celebrating our 10th year on the rails, it has become clear that the only way to meet the challenge of keeping you — our valued train attendees, our staff, and the artists who perform on board — safe is to wait until next year.
We realize many of you invested a great effort to join us for a musical voyage aboard the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. We deeply value the planning that has gone into the choice to attend our event. We take pride in producing top-of-the-line experiences that create memories for a lifetime. For our small staff of five people, this isn't just a job, it is a passion.
INFORMATION FOR TICKET-HOLDERS
Ticket-holders for the Durango Blues Trains have the options below.
Obtain a full refund. If you would like a full refund for your tickets, no action is needed. All orders, apart from those specified to be donated using the form below, will automatically be refunded back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your financial account.
Donate the value of your tickets to SBG Productions (help us keep the lights on). The pandemic has been especially tough on the events industry and small businesses. If you are in a position to do so, please consider helping us out with a donation of the ticket purchase you have already made. Your support will help ensure the viability of our future. If you wish to donate, please use the form here to submit your donation before the form closes on Sunday, July 5 at 11:59 pm (MT).
Once the Donation Form closes, our team will begin processing all donations and refunds. Please allow up to 30 days for refund credits to appear on your financial account.
